The Workbench download doesn't include a license. Install it first, then choose Free Workbench license key in the form with your name, company email, your app's installation ID and, optionally, your role. We email the free 1-user key to your company address within one business day. Free email addresses (Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo and similar) are not accepted.
Find the installation ID on the Workbench's License page: user menu (top right) › Configurations › IQVigilant Licensing. The "Open the Contact Us page" button there fills it in for you.
Waiting for your key? If you opted in to anonymous usage counts when you first started the Workbench, you already have a 30-day, 1-user trial license, counted from installation. What is counted.
Evaluating the engine or ready for a team license? Tell us what you're building and we'll
recommend the right module groups and usage limits. For a license key, grab your app's
installation ID from Configurations › IQVigilant Licensing
(or GET /api/iqvigilant/license/installation-id) — it lets
us generate a key for your exact deployment.
Something not working? Choose Product support in the form and include what you were doing, what happened, and any error text — plus your installation ID if you have it. The more specific the report, the faster the fix.
