What JuiceMantics collects when you request a license, contact us, use the website, or turn on the Workbench's anonymous usage counts, and what we never collect.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy covers iqvigilant.ai and the IQVigilant Workbench. They are run by JuiceMantics S.A. de C.V. ("JuiceMantics", "we"). Questions or requests: contact@juicemantics.com.
The Workbench download doesn't include a license. To get the free 1-user license key, you send us a request on the Contact Us page. For that request, and for any other message sent with the form, we collect:
We use these details to answer you, to generate and email your license key, to keep a record of the keys we issue (one per installation), to understand what kinds of roles use the Workbench, and to send you email about your license and important product updates; every such email lets you opt out of further ones. We don't sell them or share them for others' marketing. You give your consent with the checkbox on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
We send free keys to company email addresses only, so we check that the address is not from a free or temporary email provider and that its domain receives email.
On first start, the Workbench asks whether you want to send anonymous usage counts. They are off unless you tick the box. If you opt in, you get a 30-day, 1-user trial license counted from installation, so you can use the Workbench before your free key arrives. If you don't, the Workbench works the same once you register the free key.
Your questions, SQL, results, schema, table or column names, database names, host names, credentials, files, your installation ID, or anything you type. Reports carry a random report ID that is created on your computer and is not your installation ID, so they can't be linked to your license request.
The Workbench runs on your own computer. Your databases, questions and answers stay there. If you configure an AI model provider (for example WatsonX, OpenAI or Ollama), the Workbench sends that provider what it needs to answer, under your own account and that provider's terms. Nothing of this reaches JuiceMantics.
If you sign up for release updates, we keep your email address to tell you when a new release ships. Every email lets you unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove you.
These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. Google and LinkedIn process this data under their own privacy policies.
Some of these providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent (in Mexico, your ARCO rights). Email contact@juicemantics.com and we answer within 20 business days. Deleting the record of your license key means we can't re-issue it.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects what the Workbench sends, the Workbench asks for your consent again.
